L'emplacement est très bien, l'environnement agréable.

La cafetière inutilisable nécessitait un détartrage, les piles HS de la télécommande TV, heureusement il y en avait de rechange. On voulait signaler ces petits désagréments au propriétaire par téléphone : sur messagerie, il ne nous a pas rappelé.

Un séjour agréable et un logement conforme aux attentes.

Un séjour très agréable, le logement était super totalement conforme aux photos et à la description. Les équipements présents étaient parfait pour un petit séjour. La récupération des clefs est une très bonne idée. Je recommande vivement et surtout une vue sur la mer.

Aux pieds de la mer

Emplacement vraiment au bord de la mer qui permet de faire de belles ballades. A 20 min a pieds du centre ville, ce qui n est pas gênant et plutôt agréable lorsqu on aime bien marcher.

Un petit bruit de "ventillation" dans la chambre. Sinon c est très calme.

Bonne communication, efficace avec le propriétaire. Facilité à trouver les clés. Emplacement près de la mer, équipements de la résidence. Et Cabourg, toujours !

Equipement en vaisselle trop limité (pas de bols, peu de couverts), pas de savon à disposition.

Manque de communication

Avec mon amie on a apprécié la vue d’extérieur, la gentillesse que le monsieur d’extérieur qui s’occupait du nettoyage de la piscine. On a également apprécier la salle à manger qui mettait en avant la vue de la mer.

Comme je disais au dessus, un monsieur a bien voulu nous dépanner du passage à la piscine car on avait pas eu l’info pour y avoir accès pour le payer. Dans la chambre, le lit il était pas confortable et le coin qui est sensé charger un appareil ne fonctionne pas, et pour finir, un manque de matériel a l’intérieur de la douche.

À revoir

Après de multiples appels des anciens clients, micro-ondes pas réglé alors qu’il faut juste un peu poncer. Alors une scène de crime c’est passé dans chambre, du sang sur les murs et plaintes. Les plaintes n’en parlons pas mais elle sont jamais nettoyé je crois. J’ai passé mon weekend à découvrir un métier celui d’éradiquer les araignées. Prise qui ne fonctionne pas, la plus importante celle de la chambre. Velux tellement sale que l’on ne voit plus à travers. Manque un étendoir, j’ai dû étendre mes sous-vêtements sur les fenêtres. Bref déçu et mérite un sérieux relooking.

Kleines charmantes Appartement in guter Lage. Man könnte einiges aus diesem Appartement machen.Geschmäcker sind verschieden.

Die Fenster waren undicht und so musste man die Heizung voll aufdrehen damit man dort verweilen konnte. Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Kaffeemaschine defekt, Mikrowelle , Kühlschrank und Geschirr nicht gut gereinigt.
