About this villa rental
The villa is located on a knoll above the beach and receives cool ocean and mountain breezes. You will experience the most gorgeous ocean views from almost every room in the house and the refreshing ocean-facing pool all while hearing constant ocean surf! Wi-Fi is available from this property! Each of the 3 bedrooms have, en-suite bath, queen or king beds (1 room has additional twin bunk beds) and two walls with screened in windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee bean grinder, coffee pot and more. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large open dining room and family room with flat screen tv with blue-ray player and assorted dvds, games and more! From the home you and your loved ones can take a short walk to play on the expansive beach and lava rocks!

Beauty, solitude, oceanfront, quiet , rural with very small town nearby Very private- but you will see Miguel in the morning. He lives in small house next to the main house, takes care of the pool and trash, and very supportive. He is a pleasure! Our second time here. I can’t imagine another beach vacation that is better! Luna the dog (rent-a-pet) was such a special extra. Calm dog who will follow you on all of your walks!

We had a stellar stay here at Jeff’s villa. He was so helpful and communicative in helping us feel comfortable with the logistics of traveling to the villa and what to expect. The property and surroundings are stunningly serene. Our kids loved playing at the beach all day, every day. We enjoyed traveling to the nearby towns and thought the surrounding farmland was beautiful. Pizza tree was our favorite nearby restaurant and we purchased all of our groceries in Playa del Coyote’s market. We felt safe and at ease and Miguel was very kind. As other reviews have stated, traveling to the property takes stamina but is absolutely worth it!

We had a great time with our family at the Blue Heron Villa. For those seeking peace and quiet in a beautiful/natural setting with a superb ocean view, highly recommend it!
