Step right out the lanai onto fairway one of the Fazio golf course. Swaying Palms is an end unit, situated within the complex to provide lots of natural light, privacy, and a more spacious feeling along with beautiful golf course views.
It is a very short walk to all the Turtle Bay Resort activities where you can enjoy beach front dining at Roy's Restaurant or dine on the golf course at Lei Lei's. Golfing? It's just a 5-minute walk to get your tee time on the Arnold Palmer or Fazio designed golf course. Explore the many nature paths that weave throughout the Turtle Bay Resort property. Visit nearby secluded beaches as well as activities such as surfing, SUP and horseback riding all just steps from the front door. Enjoy the live music and stunning sunset views at the Point pool bar located at the resort. Afterwards stroll along the golf course enjoying the peace and quiet as you walk back; bring a flashlight or your cell phone – It’s dark! but all the better to view the stars!
Kuilima has two tennis courts, with Pickle Ball option within the court and Basketball that you can reserve during your stay. There are three beautifully tiled pools with BBQ areas. There is an assigned FREE parking space close to the unit. There is Free Parking for two vehicles with the provided parking pass however if you forget to leave the parking pass(s) when checking out there will be a 75.00 charge to your deposit. There is also security staff on duty evenings and weekend day/evenings for added assurance.
This large, very affordable, clean condo is fully furnished with all the amenities of home for a hassle and worry free stay. Be sure to fully read all the disclosed amenities offered by clicking "more amenities" on the listing. Do not rely on the quick basic amenities listing. We do not provide any flotation equipment such as body boards, surf/SUP boards or inflatable pool/ocean toys, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, bikes, or tennis/pickle ball equipment. We do provide an ice cheat, beach towels, folding beach chairs and beach/sand toys.
Unlike hotels and many rentals ALL the bedding is laundered after each guest; mattress pad, blankets, bedspread/quilt, the two pillowcase protectors on each pillow and of course all the sheets and pillowcases.
All that you need to enjoy the true Hawaiian vacation and get away. This is the place for you to experience the country feel that the North Shore has to offer. Enjoy golf course views in a lush tropical setting cooled by the trade winds. There are also two ceiling fans in the living room, a ceiling fan and AC in the bedroom and two portable floor fans, sliding glass doors located in the bedroom and living room and louvered windows to fully take advantage of the wonderful cooling trade winds. Staying at this condo puts you within minutes by car of all the North Shore has to offer such as snorkeling the underwater splendor of nearby reefs; Sharks Cove and Three Tables during the summer months late May/June- August/early September. The winter months; October-March/April is when the North Shore gets very large waves making it the surfing mega that it is so famously known for.
Shops, restaurants and artist galleries are located nearby in historic Haleiwa. Sailing and whale watching tours are available at Haleiwa Boat Harbor (seasonal) and for the more adventurous, diving with the sharks! Rent a kayak to explore the shoreline or learn to surf or paddle board. Visit the nearby Polynesian Cultural Center, Waimea Falls Botanical Gardens or try the Zip Line just down the road or maybe the glider planes or tandem parachute jumping at nearby Dillingham Airfield. (there is talk of this closing)

The owner is very responsive. She is very easy to get a hold of. Our stay was great. Great location for everything we wanted to do. Beach is easily accessible. We did see a turtle on the beach by the horse stables and at shark cove snorkeling. Parking is easy. The pool nice, warmer than the ocean. It felt good to swim in the pool after snorkeling. The condo was clean, well stocked and well organized. Everything you might need for a day at the beach is provided.

The owner Judy was just lovely to work with. We stayed during the rainstorms and she made every effort to communicate with us. Despite some rainy weather, the overall stay was absolutely wonderful! Walking distance to the beach and Ritz Carlton restaurants. Beautiful lush greenery, exceptionally clean condo, great location to all the cute small towns. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

The location was great, close to beautiful beaches. There was crib, high chair and beach toys for our toddler. The kitchen was well equipped.
Our problem was that there was no main AC unit for the living room and kitchen. We were so overheated as we had to spend a couple of hours in the house during the day for our daughter’s nap. There were two ceiling fans that didn’t really do the job. Even though the kitchen was well equipped it was hard cooking there as it was so hot.
There was AC in the bedroom. it was way too loud and would wake us up all the time. We didn’t feel like the room would get to 21 degrees celsius, felt way hotter.
Had we known there was no AC, we would’ve never booked this place. There was nothing in this place’s description that would indicate that.
