THE UNIT: Tastefully updated ground-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo (~780 sq ft) with travertine floors, granite countertops, and a Bali-meets-Hawaii feel. Sleeps up to 4 — queen bed in the A/C-cooled bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, two 55" 4K smart TVs (one in the living room, one in the bedroom), washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, books, and a private lanai that’s perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
THE VIEW FROM YOUR LANAI: The 1st fairway of the Fazio Course in the foreground, the tree-lined coastline beyond, and west-facing sunsets through the trees. Quiet, private, and shaded — the “Gold Coast” gets less foot and car traffic than the rest of the property.

We are not affiliated with the hotel, and our guests do NOT have access to the Ritz-Carlton’s pool, jacuzzi, spa, or gym. The good news: you have full access to all THREE KUILIMA ESTATES POOLS, and the Ritz-Carlton’s restaurants, surf cove, golf, horse stables, walking/biking trails, and shops are all open to the public just a short walk away.

For our family of 3 adults and one five-year old, this unit had a great location! Quiet and beautiful access to closed golf course. The beach, stables, and hiking trails were nearby, within 5-10 min walk.The unit itself is well kept, adequate supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. Stove, frig, and microwave, washer and dryer all worked well. Unfortunately dishwasher left alot of residue on dishes, so we just handwashed.The unit meet our needs for 3 nights we were there. The only neg was the panty/kitchen closet door where trash can was stored wouldn't open, doorknob was broken. We texted the number and received almost immediately response. Even sent repair guy the following day. Also fixed the front entry doorknob as we had difficulty opening it. As with most units in the area, this unit felt well used, but clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute little condo,homey,clean,accesible to calm water to swim in ,ten minute walk.This adorable condo was quiet ,well stocked with all necessary kitchen supplies and feels like home ! Although, fyi to owner the linensneed washed after every person. The linens did not seem fresh .Perhaps new linens? Thankyou for allowing us to stay we definitely would love to stay here again!

Laundry soap pods hard. Couch uncomfortable. Patio chairs rusty or broken. No bathroom vent. Bedroom sliding doir should have security bars so it can be opened for airflow like the front door.
