About this cottage rental
Stay in the Conch Republic Consul General's Cottage. Historic Carriage House is located a few blocks from famous Duval Street. Stay in a traditional Conch Style Home that features Mexican tile floors, spacious master bedroom with queen size bed, guest bedroom with full size bed and one couch sleeper sofa. Two full size bathrooms and inside washer/dryer. Central air conditioning, flat screen tv's and free wifi and open style full kitchen and living room. Pool on property. There is an additional cottages for rent upon availability. Vrbo #481491. Free off street parking spot. Cottage is popular with many repeat renters so reserving sooner than later is recommended.

One thing that is my bad/ I didn’t bring coffee/ fixings! Even though there were coffe filters and a me coffee pot. But somehow I lived! Very nice place! Nice pool! We were very comfy here and temp safe!

Great location on a quiet street. Loved the accommodations which included a shared pool with a couple other cottages although we never had to share as we never saw anyone!

The host, Roberta, was amazing. Very responsive. That’s probably the best part of this VRBO. The cottage was very dated, beds extremely uncomfortable (we had to buy a foam topper to help), there is not a Keurig or a dishwasher. Fan in master bath falling from ceiling and didn’t work. It’s good for 2 adults and a child….seating is limited. Location is good; Duval is accessible by walking but I would recommend a bike or golf cart. Washer/dryer is a very small stackable. Most of the blinds were bent/broken. No table and chairs….bar with 4 stools. Kitchen appliances were very old. The pool is very small and the area around it is extremely narrow. You cannot put 2 lounge chairs side by side. I don’t think we would stay at this VRBO again.
