This one-time sleepy fishing village on the shores of Banderas Bay is certain to be a most memorable vacation spot. For those seeking action, Puerto Vallarta has it all, from a day on the links plying a challenging 18-hole championship golf course to another day aboard your charter boat, either watching the humpback whales wintering just offshore or dragging a line in the waters of one of the world's premiere big game sport fishing destinations.
Others will be invigorated with a morning stroll along the numerous beaches of Banderas Bay, with their spectacular rock formations, broken with intermittent snorkel trips into the water to explore the wonder of the colourful sea life just below its surface. PV, as it is referred to by locals, is synonymous with art and there is plenty to be found, whether at various local flea markets, tiny intimate shops or some of the finest galleries to be found on the Pacific. Visit the Saturday market at the downtown square, where local artisans display everything from fresh organic vegetables and herbs, freshly baked breads, cheeses, pastas, chutneys and salsas, beautiful tropical flowers, numerous crafts made locally, such as jewellery, clothing, sandals, all while listening to live entertainment. Visit the used bookstore across the street where they have a large selection of English books and a good cup of coffee.

Take in spectacular views of the ocean and the town including Lady of Lourdes Church and the daily fireworks display set off from deck of Puerto Vallarta's local pirate ship returning from its dinner cruise. Or take stroll for your own dinner to one of the fine restaurants nearby.
Amenities include 2 king bedrooms, each with its own full en-suite. Beautiful linens include sheets of 1000 thread-count and numerous fluffy towels for indoors and larger towels for the poolside. This property is outstanding. The space, the view, the well stocked kitchen and pantry, as well as lots of towels, both for bathrooms and pool, make this a first rate vacation experience. There is a walk down a steep cobbled hill and steps to get into Old Town, but we were all in our mid-seventies and managed to make the trip, which took about 10-12 minutes. We found it to be a delightful addition to the experience. If you are less mobile, or don't like walking, you can get a local cab or an Uber for about 70-80 pesos. The owner, Miriam was always responsive, and the apartment manager, Gus was helpful on a couple of occasions. The condo terrace is a wonderful place from which to view the nightly fireworks as well as to enjoy watching other guests enjoy the pool. I intend to return. I am in love with PV and all the locals who are friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Viva Mexico.

I could not say enough wonderful things about renting this condo for the week! Clean, perfectly located, beautiful terrasse and just an amazing place. The kitchen was fully stocked for everything that was needed. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and amenities. Best of all was the thorough instructions and super fast response time of Miriam before and during my stay. Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed the beautiful room with a great view. We spent most of our time on the deck. The pool is very nice and friendly people. Fernando at the gate was always very friendly and helpful. We walked into Puerto Vallarta every day and chatted with all the neighbours along the way. Ramon was always sitting in his chair and greeted us every day. The unit was well supplied and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

This year was an experiment for us as we have always stayed in Nuevo Vallarta and wanted try Puerto Vallarta. We picked the perfect condo for our first stay in PV. The unit is exactly as described if not better, decor is fabulous and the building and grounds are second to none. We loved the location, set away from the busy streets but a very short walk to enjoy the beach or dining options. Relaxing and quiet pool area was very nice and we used it a lot.
Everything you need for your stay is there, the kitchen is well appointed making cooking at home a pleasure. The ability to open up the unit to outside is fantastic and we really enjoyed preparing dinner and enjoying the balcony.
Miriam is a fantastic host who was quick to respond to all questions and provided great guidance in experiencing PV. We plan on returning as soon as possible
