It was spacious and comfortable. 3 clean nice sized bedrooms. First bedroom had 3 twins, 2nd bedroom had two queens and master bathroom with privacy toilet you could slide door closed, his and hers sinks and luxurious shower with 5 shower heads. 3rd bedroom on other side of house had a queen size bed. Open concept house. Living room with tv and Roku. Lounge area with
Fireplace. Kitchen hand break bar style set up with four chairs. It was more than I could ask for.
Dog house in back was missing a few planks of wood on side of house. Wished there was more age appropriate board games my kids are 3, 7, & 16 my 3 year old really couldn’t understand the game of LIFE. A little more variety in kitchens there complimentary coffee tea basket would have been nice.

The exterior of the house was pleasant looking and was located on a quiet side street, with off-street parking for 4 vehicles. It was a very short drive to the beach. The hot tub was wonderful, it was in a covered area so it could be used even in the rain. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of counter space.
To start off, the property was listed via a listing agency as a 4 bedroom house and a confirmation email confirmed a 4 bedroom house booking and upon arrival, there were only 3 bedrooms.
Also, shortly after arrival, the oven was turned on to bake a meal and within five minutes the fire alarm started ringing, luckily after waving a potholder in front of the alarm a few times it stopped.
The property was a no-smoking property that had a caretaker's apartment adjoining the property via the laundry room and when a person went into the laundry room it had an overwhelming cigarette smoke odor, luckily there was a door to the room which was kept closed because of the smoke odor.
Also, the gas fireplace wouldn't work even after following the directions multiple times. Lastly, the house could have had a better cleaning and is in need of a general interior update including the furniture.
Finally, the yard both front and back needed some care.
