Great property, great location near the airport and was suited for travel to Dubrovnik and nearby areas. Really enjoyed

Very well presented property nestled in the hills surrounded by olive Grove. Tea was present at the check-in and was very helpful in providing the information needed to settle in. The local walnut wine and local delicacy of sugar coated orange peels was a big hit. The property is not overlooked and has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The pool is very clean and the photographs reflect the real nature of the property. There is a local supermarket 250 m away which is very handy when it comes to stocking up, please note the shops are not open on Sunday therefore if you’re arriving late on Saturday night you will have to do your shopping before 9 pm when the shops close alternatively there is a supermarket open 13 km away (Tea provided us with the location of the studenac market). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property to other travellers.

The location of the property is in the middle of nature, therefore they can be a few wasps that can trouble you. Unfortunately, I got bitten by one during our day which necessitated a visit to the local pharmacy to get antihistamine. There’s nothing the hosts can do about it but take precautions and use an insect repellent spray when required..

Superb

A lovely spotless modern villa with a fantastic view over the valley. 15 minutes from Cavtat and the airport. Due to lack of hire cars we used Uber all week and a ride into town was around £15. Great local Taxi Guy +385989967462. The owners were very helpful with advice when needed. Cavtat had two small supermarkets- the nearest big one is probably the Konzum SubCity in outer Dubrovnik. And a wee shop and bar 300ms from the villa. Cavtat had a very overcrowded main beach and then little coves around the headland. Lots of restaurants. Cute little beach at Molunat- but be careful if using Uber as it is hard to get a ride back!

Amazing villa

So much to love at this amazing accommodation. A personal meet and greet, regular drop offs of local produce by the owner. The villa was stocked with all the basics. The pool is impeccably clean and well tended, and the villa spotless. The beds are very comfortable and seem very new. The views over the valley are just superlative, you can see the sunset over the mountains every night. At night we could see stars, planets and the milky way. Beaches and places to explore are around 15-30mins away by car, we found some real gems. There is a traditional tavern approximately a mile away, very walkable.

Nothing much, only suggestions would be a thicker oven glove, and perhaps a coffee machine/cafeteria for filter coffee.

Exceptional

This is one of the best places we ever booked. The house has more than enough space for 7 people. The view is fantastic and the family who is owning the house is very nice and take care of everything.

2 chambres sans climatisation Machine à laver en panne MAIS ces problèmes ont été pris en charge très rapidement par Thea et sa famille. 2 ventilateurs ont été mis à notre disposition pour les 2 chambres et la machine a été réparée.

Ein sehr erholsamer, sehr schöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Land.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt ruhig und der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Perfekt zum entspannen. Die Außenküche ist ein Traum. Auch der Kühlschrank im Außenbereich ist super. Immer kalte Getränke vorhanden. Alles war sehr Sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool war perfekt. Dieser wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt sowie auch der Grillbereich. 👍 Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dem Haus. Die Vermietung war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit Köstlichkeiten aus eigenem Anbau herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause fühlten. Das Olivenöl war super lecker. Wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihr per WhatsApp melden wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es gab schöne Tipps zum Thema Strände, Essen und Unternehmungen. Von der Terrasse kann man weit ins Tal schauen bis zum Flughafen. Was wir allerdings sehr interessant fanden. Ein Auto vor Ort ist empfehlenswert. Zum Abschied haben wir noch ein Geschenk aus verschiedenen Leckereien mitbekommen. Noch mal ganz lieben Dank dafür.

In der Küche könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein und vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine. Aber das ist meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Een fijn en comfortabel verblijf met een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en de vallei.

Mooie accommodatie met alle nodige voorzieningen. De locatie ligt buiten Dubrovnik, maar het is goed te doen om naar de stad te gaan. Je moet wel van rust houden. Het uitzicht en de stilte daar zijn echt fantastisch.

Misschien kunnen in de toekomst alle slaapkamers een airco krijgen. Nu hadden alleen twee van de vier kamers airco.

Fantastisch

Met het gezin op vakantie. 7 volwassenen en een baby. Aan mij de opdracht om een vakantiehuis te zoeken dat aan ieders wensen voldoet en dat is een hele zoektocht. Na lang zoeken Villa Dragić geboekt. Natuurlijk alle reviews op diverse sites doorgespit en geconcludeerd dat dit ons vakantieverblijf moest worden. Vol verwachting bereikten we de villa. Zenuwachtig, want als het tegenviel zou iedereen mij aankijken. Maar gelukkig, de villa overtrof de verwachtingen. De ontvangst was hartelijk en we voelden ons meteen welkom. Overigens krijg je dat gevoel in heel Kroatië. De slaapkamers waren ruim en de bedden prima. Het sanitair was uitstekend en alles was blinkend schoon. Buiten was een overkapping waar we uitstekend konden BBQen. Het zwembad was wel wat koud, maar dat was logisch want het was eind april. Dus dat hadden we verwacht. 's Zomers zal het zwembad warmer zijn en heerlijk verkoeling brengen. Het uitzicht is adembenemend en de ligging t.o.v. het vliegveld, Cavtat, Dubrovnik en nog veel meer mooie plekken is uitstekend. Voor wie iets negatiefs zoekt, helaas, alleen maar lof. Tea bedankt voor het hartelijke ontvangst en afscheid.
