I would highly recommend staying at Villa Guardian for exploring this beautiful area.

This is an outstanding property in a stunning location. The oudoor seating areas and pool were beautiful and provided shade and comfort. The property makes you Feel like you are immersed in nature yet close enough to Cavtat and Dubrovnik for exploring. It was easy to get Taxis from the property into Cavtat for days at the beach or meals ou in the evening The hosts were extremely welcoming, providing us with treats and kindness throughout our stay. Thank you so much. We did not want to leave!

The property was available at VERY short notice. The host were very friendly! There were toiletries and towels available. Very clean. Exactly what we needed.

The downstairs shower ran out of hot water. But this was after 5 girls showering.

Beautifully laid out Villa, exceptional hosts, perfect setting for a family holiday.

The hosts very generous & kind, friendly but not intrusive. The Villa was exactly like the pics, lots of extra details. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking, cleaning, nice not to have to buy in basics. Pool spotless, someone came to clean early mornings too. Outdoor covered area for eating, high end comfy sun loungers, was a treat to stay somewhere like this. Walkable to the beach, very easy to find your way there. Thank you!

Would recommend earplugs if light sleeper as there is a neighbouring cockerel.

Perfect villa for family with children

We like everything there - comfort of the house, the pool appropriate for adults as well as already swimming children, very friendly host, quiet location, beaches in the neighbourhood (not Pasjaca only). Good connection with Dubrovnik - boat taxi from Cavtat, small shopping center as well as good restaurants - max. 10 min. with car. Bosnia (Trebinje) or Montenegro can be reached in ca. 1 hour. Simply - dream place for family summer vacations. For sure we would like to come to Villa Guardian again in the future.

This is the one you should book!

We spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect rental home in Croatia. In the end, we decided to forgo a sea view for privacy and a pool—and we are so glad we did! The hosts were exceptionally gracious and thought of every detail. They welcomed us with an abundance of snacks, garden fresh produce, and homemade treats—all were amazing! The pool was perfect for our family, with a shallow area for lounging that our young kids loved playing in. We were provided with a baby bed for our little one, and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. The property is even more beautiful in person, and the house was just a one minute drive away from one of the best beaches in Croatia—Pasjca Beach! Within 30 minutes you can reach Dubrovnik to the North, Montenegro to the South, and if you have a little more time you can reach Bosnia to the East. Ours kids said they wished we could stay for 100 days, and we agree!

Best holidays in my Life !

We had here best vacation in our life. Everything looks like on the photos! beautiful private area, all in great taste and at the same time very comfortable! good equipment in the kitchen and bathrooms make you feel like home. Also amazing hospitality of the owners who help with organizing time and share info about best events and restautants in neighbourhood. Perfectly clean pool and picturesque area for barbecue and relax. words cant decribe this place! Have to visit it by youselves!

Excellent holiday home and host!

This holiday home is excellent. The outdoor area is amazing (garden, pool, dining area) and the host is very helpful and generous. The host helped us booking an excursion, provided us with information about restaurants etc. Furthermore, we were surprised with a/o vegetables and fruit from the family garden. Upon arrival coffee and cake were served and we felt very welcome. The Konavle region where the house is located is beautiful!

Wonderful stay . A dream

We stayed 1 week in the villa in august and it was a dream week . The owner family welcome us as friend guests . Fruits , vegetables , cakes , home made mint water at our arriving . The house built with old stones is beautiful and so well furnished . Outside is also perfect for amazing holidays : the pool do close from a large terrasse , and a great pool house where We took breakfast , Lunch and dinner . We really recommend this villa . So sad to leave the villa after those 7 days in Croatian paradise

Charming hospitality on top of a fantastic villa with a pool

Our last stay for our 3 week vacation in Croatia and we definitely felt like we ended our trip on a high note with our stay at Villa Guardian! We enjoyed the mint drinks, cocktails and delicious homemade cake poolside upon arrival that the charming host, Dragnica greeted us with...off to a fantastic start...and everything was great throughout our stay! The home itself was more spacious than we realized, comfortable and had everything that we needed including the added bonus of vegetables (fresh from their garden), fruits and snacks. We loved being able to walk from the villa to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (Pasjača). Diron and Belmundo were good restaurants within a 10 min drive. The candies and Mirta that Dragnica gave us as a going away gift made it back with us to the US and now we have something to enjoy as a reminder of our lovely experience at Villa Guardian.

Wymarzone wakacje = komfort + relaks + spokój + prywatny luksus

Gospodarze czekali na nas z ciastem i kawą mimo, że spóźniliśmy się z powodu korków. Obiekt wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach (dodam, że w czasie naszej podróży Chorwacja - Słowenia korzystaliśmy jeszcze z 2 i tam nie zawsze wszystko się zgadzało z opisem). Dom jest bardzo czysty, przestrony, wyposażony we wszystko czego tylko potrzeba do wypoczynku i gotowania we własnym zakresie. Basen jest duży, codziennie czyszczony, fantastycznie chłodny w ciepłe dni. Goście mają do dyspozycji taras przed domem, zadaszoną murowaną altanę z przestronną rogówką oraz grill.Willa ma przepiękną historię, to niezwykłe, że obecnie ktoś potrafi tak pięknie dbać o swoje dziedzictwo. Podziwiamy. PS. Nasz pies miał też miejsce do zabawy i był mile widziany (za co dziękujemy dodatkowo). 300 m od obiektu jest jednak z najpiękniejszych klifowych plaż w Chorwacji, o 7.00 byliśmy tam sami - niesamowite przeżycie, polecamy. Dubrownik taksówką wodną na wyciągnięcie ręki - z oddali, ale dostępny w każdej chwili, podobnie jak piękne, kameralne Cavtat.

Wszystko było niesamowite i bajkowe. Ale jeśli ktoś lubi duże miasta i moc atrakcji 100 m od obiektu - to tu jest cisza i spokój dla ludzi ceniących zen po pracy.
