Appartamento con vista

Excellent location in a safe neighbourhood. Great value for money. Aircon was good. The little old Lift made it easy to get the luggage up to the apartment.

A little worn in places. Bedding not awesome. Not a lot of hot water but this is pretty standard in Europe I believe.

Location, amenities and comfortable

Nothing

Close to Milan Centrale. Secure and quiet. Lift worked and although small it took us and the bags. Dining kitchen/ living room was a good size with a large tv but almost everything is in Italian. The bedroom and bathroom were also adequate.

Communication was non existent apart from the entry and leaving guidance. No reply to emails. The wifi connected without Internet which was useless. Our main concern was the poor standard of cleanliness. There were lots of cleaning materials in cupboards so it's a pity they weren't used more. We cleaned the inside of the fridge but left the freezer as we were eating out. The shower screen and head needed a thorough clean and so on. The mattress was not quite wide enough for the bed and the cover was not wide enough either. The settee had stains. The whole place needs a refresh. The apartment is not terrible but it's certainly not a luxury flat. We wondered when the owners last visited to check it out personally.
