Appartamento con vista

Очень уютная и чистая квартира с отличным местоположением (3 минуты ходьбы от центрального вокзала). В квартире было все необходимое: чистое постельное белье, полотенца, душевые принадлежности, кофемашина с капсулами кофе и сахаром. Есть вся необходимая посуда (если вдруг вам захочется приготовить еду самостоятельно). Есть утюг. Кровать в спальне была удобной и комфортной.

The property was very nice, clean, and well stocked. There were even some basic spices for cooking and coffee supplies for the machine. Located near Milano Centrale made getting around extremely convenient (trains, metro, taxi stand, trolly, bus, and even bicycle rental are all right there). My family also enjoyed sitting on the balcony during our down time. WiFi service was excellent.

Checking in was a little tricky but I think that was just because there was a door open that wasn’t usually so I was confused by some of the instructions. (Another property we stayed at provided a video for check-in. That would be helpful for this property as well.)

Location and the bed is comfortable.

Not essential but would be good to have a toaster and some tea towels to dry the dishes.

Close to Milan Centrale. Secure and quiet. Lift worked and although small it took us and the bags. Dining kitchen/ living room was a good size with a large tv but almost everything is in Italian. The bedroom and bathroom were also adequate.

Communication was non existent apart from the entry and leaving guidance. No reply to emails. The wifi connected without Internet which was useless. Our main concern was the poor standard of cleanliness. There were lots of cleaning materials in cupboards so it's a pity they weren't used more. We cleaned the inside of the fridge but left the freezer as we were eating out. The shower screen and head needed a thorough clean and so on. The mattress was not quite wide enough for the bed and the cover was not wide enough either. The settee had stains. The whole place needs a refresh. The apartment is not terrible but it's certainly not a luxury flat. We wondered when the owners last visited to check it out personally.
