Location and the bed is comfortable.

Not essential but would be good to have a toaster and some tea towels to dry the dishes.

Molt ben situat en un carrer tranquil pero al costat de la estació Central de Milà. Té tot el que es necessita per passar uns dies a la ciutat.

Great location, perfect for us, 5 minute walk to the train station and coach pick up for day trips. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, the lift was a bonus for access to upper floors.

Close to Milan Centrale. Secure and quiet. Lift worked and although small it took us and the bags. Dining kitchen/ living room was a good size with a large tv but almost everything is in Italian. The bedroom and bathroom were also adequate.

Communication was non existent apart from the entry and leaving guidance. No reply to emails. The wifi connected without Internet which was useless. Our main concern was the poor standard of cleanliness. There were lots of cleaning materials in cupboards so it's a pity they weren't used more. We cleaned the inside of the fridge but left the freezer as we were eating out. The shower screen and head needed a thorough clean and so on. The mattress was not quite wide enough for the bed and the cover was not wide enough either. The settee had stains. The whole place needs a refresh. The apartment is not terrible but it's certainly not a luxury flat. We wondered when the owners last visited to check it out personally.
