Basic condo apartment that is 8+ years old, so showing its age a little. The view was as nice from the 18th floor as it was from the 24th.
The water heater in the shower had a better range than the apartment on the 24 floor we stayed in.
The wifi was good, but I had to reset the wifi several times as it would stop connecting with internet signal
Had to wait at security and fillin paperwork then call property owner to collect you from security to be escorted to apartment (10 to 30 minutes). Internet signal on wifi started playing up and would have to turn off then on to get the internet signal back.
The lifts at certain times during the day could take a while to get to the upper floors.
Need to bring or buy your own shampoo and soap for bathroom.

All in all a good stay. Things worked like it should and the condo had the big balcony facing Tree Town area on 18 floor.
There were some small not invited guests running around the floor when the lights were turned off, I think I got them all but who know?

The location was centralized and close to most things.
Getting from condo to main road took a long time. A rear entrance to Soi Buakhao would have been good.
