Exceptionally clean and welcoming flat. It was warm and spacious.
A few much needed home improvements have been done since last time I stayed here.
It is a very quiet area and very close to the town centre. Buses run to the centre of town.
Highly recommend.

Lovely flat, very nice & clean, beds very comfortable. Plenty parking spaces
The smell of cannabis from outside the close & could smell it a little in the bedrooms. A little off putting but didn't really affect us too much as we were out most of the day. Nothing you can do if you share a building with others.
Only a shower in the bathroom, although the photos show a bath with overhead shower. The walk-in shower was nice, clean & cosy

The shower was good.
The price was reasonable.
Difficult to find, the flat was located in what felt like a council estate and very noisy. Inside I could hear traffic, a stampede running upstairs and children crying. As the flat is on the ground floor you hear everyone entering the building, banging doors and generally being inconsiderate.
The property had an odd smell, was very cold on arrival and it felt like it had been sat empty a while. There was no sign of a thermostat or information book. I finally managed to contact the owner and get the boiler going but it wasn’t the best start following the 7hr drive.
In the front bedroom, the mattress felt old and I could feel the springs, the tv didn’t work and needed setting up. The livingroom wasn’t a relaxing area, with only bright lighting and a tv as high as the ceiling, it was difficult to sit and watch. The smart tv also has no aerial for normal channels.
