Opera House Paxos

The kindness and generosity of Frazer and Giorgio first and foremost was unlike any other experience we’ve ever had. They are JUST lovely. The design of the pool area and the property as a whole. Very high quality throughout, super comfortable bed and bedding, great and well equipped kitchen, lovely shower and towels. Great balcony area with comfy seating. The list goes on and on full of positives!

Nothing really! If searching for something to improve, our personal preference would be for slightly more functional drawer space for clothes as the drawers, although plentiful, were small and we felt we couldn’t get our belongings out of sight easily. saying that there is a large open rail. Also a few more free surfaces to put belongings on might have stopped us losing things so much!

Where to start…? We seriously had the most relaxing and amazing holidays staying at the Opera House. The place itself makes you forget all the stress you might have. The apartment (d‘oro) was perfectly equipped, the interiour was imaculate, tasteful and unique. It is not just an ordinary place which you could find anywhere. The hosts were as attentive and hospitable as they could possibly have been. We loved our chats and that they told us all about the island. Besides, they are really nice people and it’s great getting to know them. They made everything they could help us with possible (pick-up from the ferry and drop-of too, helping us with renting a scooter, forwarding useful numbers, etc.). All these things added up and made our holidays just as easy as we had hoped. If you are looking for a holiday in paradise… well, I hope it‘s clear what you should do.

It was perfect.

This was our first time in Paxos and we will definitely come back. The accommodation of Giorgio and Frazer is absolutely perfect and absolutely nothing is missing. The apartments are equipped and furnished with so much detail and love that you immediately feel very comfortable and do not want to leave. The garden and pool are perfectly maintained. The stay was exceptional and so far our best vacation and not only because of the accommodation. We were so warmly welcomed by the hosts and lacked nothing. We were picked up and also brought back to the ferry. Giorgio and Frazer welcomed us right away with drinks on the first day and took the time to sit down with us and shared with us all the tips, made recommendations and also mentioned what they would not recommend. They were always available throughout our stay and were open to any questions and very helpful. We also really enjoyed sitting and chatting with Giorgio and Frazer over a few drinks after a day at the beach. However, if you don't want to do this and want more peace and quiet, this is also possible. They have a very good sensitivity and notice when you need rather quiet. The accommodation itself is very well located and with a scooter you are everywhere in about 10 minutes. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is air conditioning and the apartments are cleaned every day. We got fresh bread from a bakery, the water is refilled every day and we also got homemade cake - what more could you want! It was an unforgettable stay and saying goodbye was very very hard for us. It was really our best vacation so far and will definitely come back!!! We are already very much looking forward to it! Thanks again for the unforgettable vacation with you, Giorgio and Frazer! Everything was perfect!!

A perfect stay! Really: without these two hosts our stay in Paxos would not have been so nice. They picked us up from the ferry and brought us back again. After our arrival they mixed us cocktails and sat down with us and shared all tips and hints with us for more than an hour. Where else can you get that? Everything they had recommended to us was just beautiful and just like they told us. In the room there was a welcome basket with many small Treaty. The best thing: there was a homemade bread from the bakery next door with spread ready for us. Water was filled up every day in 1,5l bottles. Which was perfect, since we did not have to take care of it ourselves. Wine, beer and sparkling wine were also provided for us. On Sunday we got freshly baked cake for breakfast and during the week we had cookies. Both tasted incredibly delicious! The accommodation itself is simply gorgeous and perfectly located. The room has a fully equipped kitchen, it is very spacious, has air conditioning and our room was cleaned every day. Everything was just right and we have rarely felt so comfortable! So it was really hard for us to say goodbye. Many thanks to Giorgio and Frazer!
