Villa Ioli- Beachfront Luxury Residence

La villa è spaziosa, la zona esterna con la piscina è ampia e godibile, la casa è molto ben attrezzata, la vista è bella

La villa si trova in una zona tranquilla ma non facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal centro di Syvota. Il bagno en suite con le porte a vetro non è molto comodo perché si disturba chi sta dormendo. L’area per mangiare all’aperto (terrazza della cucina) è un po’ sacrificata

- Gorgeous views - Very spacious villa with lovely decor - Private (1 side of the pool is overlooked by the villa above but if you stay on the villa side of the pool you cannot be seen by anyone) - Local management company (Bespoke360) were brilliant at helping us out once we were informed of booking.com's location listing error (the location pin on the map showed this villa being in Igoumenitsa but it is in Sivota)

- Listed incorrectly by booking.com - this villa is not based in Igoumenitsa as advertised at time of booking, it is in a town called Sivota - It is not beachfront as advertised. It is walking distance to the beach (5/10 minutes with steep hills) - Instructions to find villa could be improved as it is not signposted (follow signs to Domotel) - Kitchen is small given size of villa (side balcony space could be utilised to extend the kitchen. It was ok for 2 of us but if you had 6 adults it would be hard to prepare a meal in the current space) - Pool is 1.9m deep at every point so you cannot stand up in it (would not be suitable for young children) - Trees have not been cut back at infinity pool end so they block the sea view when you are swimming - Walk to town involves a VERY steep hill (hire car recommended for fetching groceries) - Nearby fitness hotel is a bit irritating as the instructors shout over the microphones which echos around the area and disturbs the otherwise complete peace

A fantastic villa as the pictures suggest, located in a quiet part of the village next to a hotel. The property has lots of space; all the bedrooms are set-up nicely and the lounge area very comfortable. The outside pool area is lovely. The villa is a 5 minute drive to the local shops (great bakery!) and marina area. We stayed before the summer season started so most restaurants closed but they were busily being set-up. Local coast line provided many beach and snorkelling areas. A great luxurious base to explore the coast north and south of Sivota. Highly recommend this Villa.
