Pro:Home was located in a nice neighborhood and only a few miles from the beach.
Con: Home was clean on the surface but in desperate need of deep cleaning, very dusty, had to vacuum under beds, couch was covered in stains and we had to vacuum under cushions which by the looks had not been done in a long time. Needs some TLC!!!
