Very clean. Well stocked. There were plenty of towels and all of the hand soap dispensers were full. They give you a few tabs for running the dishwasher as well as tabs for laundry. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to the beach as the walking bridge was closed, so we chose to drive to the beach. It was still a close distance. A very enjoyable stay overall. Would stay here again.

We loved the layout of the house. Small but spacious! Very well equipped with everything! All you need is your clothes and personal hygiene products. Garage is converted to a spacious bedroom with an office area that proved to be private and productive. All appliances are new and are easy to use. Spacious back yard with seating and cover. Beach stuff available for use in the shed with a wagon chairs and a small fire pit. Comfortable furniture on the front porch. The best equipped VRBO we have stayed in.. will consider staying again maybe for an extended period of time. We would highly recommend this house - reasonably priced, centrally located and very well equipped.

What a terrific place! In a friendly neighborhood and everything was spotless and new. All the amenities you need, and a really great layout. (killer mattresses too!) You can also relax in the backyard and grill your catch-of the-day.It's a nice short walk to the beach and the Island Way Restaurant/Bar. It's also an easy drive to downtown for more restaurants and entertainment. Koko Cabana was our favorite restaurant/bar on the Island, but you've got a lot of choices and you are really close to Southport as well for a fun day trip. The Old Bridge Diner is the "go-to" for breakfast for the locals. Really good food. That's about it. It's priced fairly and it's a great location. See you you again soon!
