About this villa rental

If you want to be in the heart of town and walk anywhere this is it. It is on the first block, steps to the sand and steps to any restaurant or bar. Right next door to the Catalina Island Conservancy so easy if you want a tour or event. Two nice decks, you can have a drink and enjoy the views or people watch. All newly redone, nice everything. Nice new TV. It technically is a one bedroom but it is 1100 sq ft with two euroloungers that fold out and all bedding/towels included. This is a fun place to go and you will love it, we do.

NEW POLICY, NO REFUND DUE TO CANCELLATION. Sorry, it was getting to be a pain in the neck. VRBO does offer travel insurance.

The Yellow House (and amazing Toy Room!) provided my 2 teens and I the quintessential Avalon experience - and host Marty is wonderful. We look forward to going back!

This place is a gem! Not only is it a very nice place, but the location couldn't be better. The AC is a definite plus, and you can't beat the toy room with all the great beach equipment.

Marty was a great host. He was very responsive, and instructions for check in and check out were clear. The location is so convenient and walkable to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!
