About this cottage rental
This is a colorful and cozy one bedroom, one bath beach cottage located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and downtown Avalon. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a queen size bed and a queen futon. There is a round bistro style dining or game table inside, as well as a large dining table on the front porch outside. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen and a charcoal BBQ outside for grilling your favorite foods. There are two year-around rentals in the rear of property. No smoking, please.

The cottage was great. The property manager was amazing. We'll be back the next time we come to Catalina. My only suggestion would be to modernize the outlets and possibly install a couple near the beds, but this was very minor.

Great location, very close to my Sons family and everything Avalon. Perfect for my daughter, 4 yr old Grandson and I!. Loved hanging out on the porch. Excellent value for a short trip. Will stay again!

Cute little house with nice big porch ! Hard to really relax on porch due to the constant noise of students and golf carts on This very busy street. Old home with very outdated interior the mini blinds were tattered toilet has an issue with constant water noise and a squeaky sound until you jiggle the handle correctly overall it was an enjoyable stay and Amber was very helpful when needed
