Villa Blanco 30A is completely remodeled and is the perfect home for families wanting a luxurious beach vacation. The home is located in a Mediterranean style private gated community along the Beaches of South Walton's 30A in Dune Allen Beach . It’s a mere 150 steps to the sugary white beach from the home’s front door and even fewer steps to the community pool with cabanas, private restrooms, showers and plenty of seating. Villa Blanca 30A is bathed in light with a spectacular winding staircase joining all three floors of the home. This home offers a luxurious master suite on the 2nd floor of the home with new furnishings and bedding. The adjoining master bath has a luxurious shower and soaking tub with marble finishes. Take the beautiful winding stairs to the third floor for ocean views from another stunning bedroom with elegant furnishings and adjoining remodeled bathroom. On the first floor are the other two bedrooms--one with a king comfy pillow top bed and the other bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own newly remodeled bathroom. Partial views of the emerald green waters and beach from the home’s open concept living area on the second floor beckon guests to the outdoor screened porch with dining table, sofa and chairs. The living room also has a 60” flat screen TV for watching the occasional sporting event or favorite movie. The new gourmet kitchen with 48" gas double oven range is well equipped with everything for cooking and preparing meals. There are TV’s and DVD players in all the bedrooms. Take advantage of the home's proximity to shopping and restaurants by walking or biking to Gulf Place which is just 5 blocks from the home and has several restaurants including La Playa and the Perfect Pig and boutique stores such as SoHo and the 30A store as well as a coffee shop and other retail. The Vue on 30A is even closer and is a great walk along the beach when going to dinner. This home is available for the perfect beach vacation on Dune Allen Beach!
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. This is a non smoking community and smoking is strictly forbidden in the home, at the pool and on the beach. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Overall this home was great. I love staying in a place that is more owner managed, because I find that it is more stocked and less bare bone necessities than a large rental company managed spot.Pros: neighborhood was great, beach and pool access was SO easy and the beach itself was not crowded at all. Home was fully stocked. I’m talking beach toys, chairs, boards etc as well as spices in kitchen. AC worked GREAT. We rented a beautiful beachfront home last year and the ac on the main floor went out two days before checkout. The property company did not help (I’m looking at you Southern Vacation rentals), and we were stuck in a 90 degree main floor for 2 days. NO issue like that hereCons: pictures are deceiving, there is NO beach view. Not even a sliver on the main balcony. There is a tiny ocean view from the bedroom in the 3rd floor. Also no breeze, and the door on balcony was tough to close correctly. Range in kitchen did not work great, and the vented hood didn’t function at all. Also there is only one singular hose to wash sand off and it was cracked in several places. I wish they had a station by the boardwalk to wash off as well. Lastly I personally didn’t love the shower heads in the primary, they seemed cheap and didn’t work well.Overall though we really enjoyed the property. It was my family of 4 and my sisters family of 5 plus our mom. All our kids are 3-9 and it worked out well.

The property was very nice. Plenty of room for 9 guests. Just a few steps to the beach. The private beach was very nice and not crowded.

Beautiful house and beach. Private beach was wonderful. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Owners were great. We saw some reviews about rude residents but I met some and they were all very nice. We managed to park 3 large vehicles. One truck in the garage, one traverse on the side and an outback backed in parallel to the garage behind the traverse. On sunny days the AC seemed to struggle to keep the downstairs and upstairs cool while the master bedroom was like an icebox. We kept the blinds down and door closed in the upstairs bedroom and that helped. One bedroom downstairs had a ceiling fan. We had a lot of mostly cloudy days so it worked out. There were other reviews about the upstairs AC so no surprise there. That said, we would stay here again.
