The main floor is on the second level and consists of a fabulous chef's kitchen stocked with Thermador appliances including a six burner gas range with griddle, large island and bar seating for four. White cabinets and stone counters bring an airy lightness to this amazing space. Next is a large dining table seating ten so the entire group can gather together for a meal. Moving to the living room, guests will find comfort and peace in this space with plush couches and chairs seating eight and a view out to the balcony. Out on the balcony is an ideal place to soak in the sun and relax with a view, cook out on the grill, or enjoy a meal al fresco!
The first floor offers two bedrooms, a convenient laundry area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before entering the house. The first bedroom includes two sets of full/full bunks with its own private bathroom with a large shower and a TV. The next is a king bedroom that also has a private bathroom with shower/tub combo and TV.
Up on the third floor the final sleeping arrangements are found. Two queen bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, a bunk room with a twin/twin bunk and the king primary bedroom. This spectacular primary bedroom is spacious and has french doors that lead out to a private balcony with a view of the Gulf. The en suite is stunning with a large marble shower including a rain head, dual sinks and even a makeup vanity.

The house has great potential. The location is great, the size of the house was perfect for our family, and the neighborhood is beautiful, However, the house needs so much attention. The sofas in the family room needs to be completely redone. It is all filthy. The dining chairs are all filthy and broken down.There are many appliances that do not work properly or at all.Make sure you do not have more than 2 cars because the parking situation is very tight and a minivan will not fit into the garage.As I said, the house has great potential and I know it gets a lot of wear during the busy spring break months, but you just do not expect a home of this caliber to have so many items that need attention.
