Located in the Encore Resort at Reunion, offering a luxurious private rental home, within a truly 5 star luxury resort with outstanding amenities.
Guests have complementary access to all amenities at the Encore Resort, including:
Resort style concierge, front desk, and 24-hour service line
World class AquaPark including incredible kids splash area, four water slides, adult pool with VIP cabanas optional, Bar & grille, & Arcade
Multiple on-site restaurants
Large gym
Complimentary guest transportation to Disney, Universal, and Sea World.
The house accommodates up to 22 guests.
Pool heat is available for additional USD $50 per day.
BBQ rental is available for:
2 burner USD $80 for up to 7 day rental.
4 burner USD $120 for up to 7 day rental.

The Encore Resort at Reunion is the Perfect Location!
The Encore Resort at Reunion is just 10 minutes from Disney and within easy access of all of Orlando's main attractions. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes drive away. With the fabulous tourism corridor of the 192, just 5 minute's drive away, you and your guests are never far from Orlando's best family friendly restaurants. It is within easy reach of two large Publix grocery stores and within easy reach of Posner's shopping park that includes a wide range of specialist stores.
From time to time as there is with all houses, there may become features, appliances, and amenities that may become unavailable via malfunctioning, normal wear and tear, etc. By booking and/or staying in our residence you are agreeing to waive your right for additional compensation mediated by any booking platform as long as we attempt to address the issue. We are always very responsive as are the property managers.
In addition by staying 25% of more of the nights booked you likewise forfeit the right for additional compensation via any booking platforms for any other reason not mentioned as long as the property is able to reasonably accommodate your party.
We have fantastic property managers that make outages rare and temporary, however there are instances that may arise out of our control where we may be unable to get the above mentioned features, amenities, appliances, etc, fully functional for the entire duration of your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

The property was wonderful! The house was very clean. Every room has its own bathroom which was awesome. A few things that could have made our stay even better 1) Screened in pool 2) Updated couch downstairs- The couch was stained. 3) Measuring cup in the kitchen 4) Pool table instead of foosball. 5) Update sliding door leading to the pool - It was very hard to close and appeared off track. All in all the house was excellent and we would definitely stay again!

This property from start to finish was Outstanding. We had a 6 and 4 year olds whom enjoyed the themed bunk bed rooms and projector screen Tv for movies , while the adults were overly comforted in the large bedrooms with insuite bath. Kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers to meet our 14 family eating and cleaning while I house. Driving to Disney was only 15 approx minutes and a large in community water park was amazing. Our hosts were readily available thought our stay incase any issues were to arise. Pool and hot tub were perfect throughout day/nights with a safety fence to keep the children out as needed.
Recommend this property to all.

Our overall experience was good, however we experienced some issues with the door leading out to the pool area. The door was very heavy and couldn't open without using force. We called the property managers, and they came out once and failed to fix it. They said they would come back but never did. On top of that the WIFI didn't work, however they were quick to fix this issue. Other than that the house was very large, nice, and clean. The check in was smooth as well.Other than those few hiccups, everything was good and the host was quick to reply and help with questions that we had.
