This is an open concept condo so you have a view from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The master suite is lakeside so you wake up to the pristine view of Table Rock Lake. The kitchen is equipped so you just need to buy the groceries and start your meal prep. With two bedroom and two bathrooms, you have room for 8 guests. The lakeside bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV and shares a door for the common bath with jetted tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a queen sofa sleeper, mounted flat screen TV with a private bath and tub/shower combo. The living room has a new 50" Smart TV, queen sofa sleeper and plenty of room for 8 guests. Enjoy morning coffee or the evening sunset on the deck of Sanctuary IV.

Beautiful, water view. Manager was easy to communicate with and eager to fix a few issue. Well stocked unit... comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of seating both in living room and dining area. Kitchen was adequately stocked.

If it were possible to give the check in and out process more that 5 stars I would. We reallt enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for a bass fishing tournament. The condo was more than spacious for 2 anglers to prep their gear with room to spare! The property manager was wonderful to work with.
