Beautiful completely renovated lake view home just a stones throw from the water, and one street back from beautiful Table Rock Lake. Walking distance to the largest Marina in Kimberling City, with boat, jet ski and boat slip rentals on site, Pier 28 over water restaurant (during season) and more! Less than 5 minute drive to the grocery (Harter House), restaurants and all the extras the town has to offer! Less than 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City and 25 minutes to Branson.
A complete custom renovation of this home was recently completed with a beautiful mixture of old world and modern design. This 1500 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with all the extras to help you enjoy your vacation. New flooring, paint, bathrooms, and kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, new queen size pillow top mattresses (king in master) and fine linens - it's all fresh, beautiful and clean! The pull-out queen sofa bed allows sleeping for up to 8 total. The deck faces the lake, spans almost the entire length of the house and is ready for your outdoor lounging and BBQ cooking. Full size washer/dryer included. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby marina. We have room for trailers and vehicles also on site. Everything was great!! Just one kink was the guest bathroom… there was a whole lot of hair in the drain, so the bathtub wouldn’t drain, but I’m not holding that against the host. The host provides just about anything you need for a comfy stay (you do need to provide your own coffee though), and I would 100% stay here again.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable!!!So convenient for the tournament fisherman. Plenty of space to park multiple boats with electrical outlets

House was just as advertised and perfect for our needs. Modern finishing, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Very comfortable. And close to the lake.

The house was nice in appeareance, had a nice feel to it, and was very clean. It was in a little lake community but we had a few problems. First the description talks about being so close to the water but fails to state that you don't have access to the water (the direction that you can see the water) as it is only for members.
Second, the water reeked of rust and my daughter broke out in welps because of the metals in the water, a water filter wound have helped.
Third, the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Description says new pillow top mattresses which they may have been but they were cheap ones. The box springs were crap. The mattress in the master had no box spring, it was on slats.
There was no filter in the AC unit
