Apartment is located in a small and quiet place Kanica only 10 km from Rogoznica. Harmony of sun, stone and crystal clear sea, and remoteness from the everyday noise and crowd are the best description of special vacation pleasure in Kanica. Apartment is only 5 metres from the beach which is only for the guests from the apartment which gives you a special kind of privacy.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker ,refrigerator,oven ,dishwasher ,kettle and all the dishes. There is a living room area next to the kitchen with a big dining table and a couch. Bathroom is fully renovated with a modern shower. There are three bedrooms in the apartment. One bedroom has two beds (90X200cm). In second bedroom there is double bed (160X200cm) and in the third bedroom also double bed (160X200cm).Apartment also has big terrace (45m2) with the big table and chairs, 5 deckchairs where you can enjoy the sea view and sunbath. Thre is a free wi-fi in the apartment and an aircondition.The terrace is very large (45m2) equipped with garden furniture,big table and chairs and 5 deckchairs. There is also a sunshade The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the terrace and also have a great view to the beach.There is a closed grill in the garden which you can use and also a big parking for the guests from the apartment.

Wir haben 1 Woche in dem schönen Appartment verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben dort alles gehabt was wir gebraucht haben. Perica und Nedo auch die Mama von Perica haben sich als fantastische Gastgeber erwiesen. So was gibts nicht oft. Die Lage ist einmalig. Wir sagen noch mal Danke für alles. Doro und Irek

Das Appartement bose in kanica ist traumhaft gelegen direkt am Strand mit riesigen Balkon und super Ausblick.
Die Einrichtung ist sogar etwas moderner wie auf den Fotos. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht von Kaffeemaschine bis Töpfe alles vorhanden.
Man sollte über die Gegend wissen, dass keine Bäckerei in der nähe ist. Das war aber nicht schlimm wir haben uns einfach mit Aufbacksemmerl ein schönes Frühstück gezaubert.
Die Größe das Appartements war für 4 erwachsene Personen ausreichend doch für 6 wäre es unserer Meinung mit auch nur einem Badezimmer zu eng geworden. Die Vermieter müssen wirklich lobend hervorgehoben werden sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Strand ist natürlich auch ein Traum der Einstieg mit der Treppe sehr angenehm. Das Haus stellt auch ein kleines Kanu zur Verfügung mit diesem kann man super die Küste erforschen.
