A lovingly restored and maintained duplex, with the dividing wall opened, creates a single residence that includes 2 full kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, and 2 adjoining living rooms. There is also a built-in indoor spa pool, a game room with a pool table, 2 outdoor patio areas, beautiful views in all directions, a double carport, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, cable TV, wifi service, and plenty of off-street parking. This home is perfect for a large group or extended family getaway.
Approximately 1.5 miles from beautiful downtown Borrego Springs, our home is close enough to be part of the community and enjoy its many offerings, and far out enough to experience the desert to its fullest, including stargazing at night, glorious views, wide open landscape, and wildlife (literally) in the backyard. Borrego Springs has golf courses, many hiking trails for all experience levels, public art, horse riding, tennis, cycling, and much more.

Very interesting layout, perfect for 2 couples or families with older kids (so they have their own space but are still part of the family vacation). I was there on my own, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Very happy to have the spa, especially since it was too hot to spend time outside. Spent a couple of hours watching the Perseid meteor shower. Then a blissful soak in the tub and a good night’s sleep. Roof deck had wonderful views, would be good for having meals together, drinking wine, playing cards, watching the sun set. Definitely recommend!
