About this house rental
Lots of activities to do on property, with a private in-home pool/hot tub, game systems upstairs, TVs in every room. The community clubhouse is also a huge hit with water slides, lazy river, gym, game room and sports

This 4,000 sq. ft. home is in the new Windsor at Westside gated community (sister community to Windsor Hills) and just minutes from Disney. 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with 4 en-suites. Pool area with heated, SOUTH-FACING pool and in-ground Jacuzzi. Game room with seating, pool table and foosball table. We have several homes side-by-side, perfect for large family reunions and groups.
This home was professionally designed and uses only the highest quality furniture, mattresses and decorations. Features include:

We were are large family group from grandparents to small grandchildren and had a great time in this house. There were are variety of bedroom configurations that met our needs well and the strollers and pack and play were helpful with the little ones. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and the community pool and game room were great.

The property was perfect for our family trip. We had 10 adults, 2 teenagers and 5 children, 5year old, a 1-year-old and three two-year-olds. The house had something for everyone and was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and lots of space to hang out. No one was ever bored, and the spaces were kid friendly, (strollers/highchairs, baby bed, pack and play) so no fear of breaking anything. This trip included a Disney visit, wedding and family time and had been planned for over a year and did not disappoint.
Definite positives were the safety fence by the pool, the neighborhood with a resort pool/lazy river and workout gym. The communication as the trip approached with April, gave us confidence that we had booked the right place for our family. The proximity to stores, beach, and Disney properties was great. We would suggest a binder full of menus, ideas for ordering in and general local information. It does appear many homes are being renovated/upgraded etc. so we assume the area is always improving. It was confusing on how to pay without using a credit card, as we would have preferred to pay via a cashier check but were not given the mailing address. The cost was affordable for our family, and we will have memories for years to come

The house was more than we all expected. Truly loved it wanted to bring the house ba k with us. The only issue was the refrigerator and dryer. Everything else was PERFECT!!

• The access information provided to unlock the property did not work at check in.
• The property in the photos was not the same as the one we stayed at; our property was very dated. Spackle spots were all over where paint needed to be fixed.
• The chairs that looked so nice in the listing photos were stained and/or chair covers were ripped.
• The dryer did not dry; took 4 days to fix.
• The dishwasher did not dry and racks were rusty; took 4 days to fix.
• We had missing fire extinguishers and burned out lightbulbs.
• Closet doors were falling off of tracks, curtain rods were falling off of the walls.
• General cleanliness was ok, but we found empty water bottles behind a bed and it was pretty dusty (and not sure when the last time the bath mats had been washed).
• The sliding door to the patio was very hard to slide/the track was very dirty.
• The grill that we paid extra for was not clean upon arrival. They traded it out for a grill that was just as dirty and had a broken wheel. At the end, they brought a new (which was appreciated so future guests could use).
Overall, I sent a 19 point email to the property manager with 28 photos of issues. With the amount of money we spent on the property, it was not worth it for this home.
Good things - the house was a great size for the family and the pool was warm, which we paid for.
I love the complex and we will be back, but we won't be renting with this group again.
