O Imóvel é como descrito no anuncio e o Sr Sérgio é super atencioso qto as dúvidas. A localização é perfeita, de frente pro mar, com shopping, estacionamentos, mercados e farmácias a um quarteirão do prédio. A praia é tranquila, ótimo pra caminhar. Super indico

Curti o Ap, é bem simples igual as fotos o local é perto de tudo, farmácia , Mercado, shopping... O Sr Sergio é bem atencioso responde rápido, não tive problemas algum. Foi um FDS bem legal curti em família, levei meu filho pequeno, o prédio é família o porteiro também foi super gente fina.
