Gorgeous 4 Bedroom Cape Cottage Renovated in 2015 Just Minutes from Charming Downtown Woods Hole, Nobska Beach and Shining Sea Bikeway.
Updated house includes new bathrooms, hardwood floors, appliances, furniture, mattresses, linens, and dishware! The spacious kitchen leads into a large dining area that seats 10. The beautiful living room has all new furniture and a huge 60 inch TV for relaxing after the beach. Keep cool with central air on those humid summer days. The upgrades include Wi-Fi and a cable television in each room. The house sleeps 8 to 10 comfortably and is ideal for large or multiple groups. The first floor bathroom has a brand new tub and shower; the second floor bathroom has been renovated with a shower.
This light and bright home is situated on a large property with old growth trees and a large outdoor seating area featuring a picnic table, grill, and Adirondack chairs.

Good location to explore that area/beaches. House was fine. The gas grill sucked and we ended up throwing away a meal because it would not heat up. It was a piece of junk.
Otherwise a good week.

I did not want to leave Cape Cod. We were able to bike into town, to the ferry, and many beautiful beaches. I cannot say enough about how friendly everyone was around town (And everywhere we went) and extremely good about social distancing and wearing masks during Covid. The home was very clean, spacious and well stocked with linens, and household items like paper towels, t.p, laundry detergent, dish soap etc. and we appreciated the central AC. Jamie at the rental agency was lovely to deal with. Great experience overall.

My family and I stayed in Woods Hole for our vacation. We loved it! This house was perfect for us. New, clean, and spacious. All that you need to make staying away from home comfortable. We hope to return in the future.

Nice home for a family to rent. 8 of us stayed there very comfortably. Location is nice, able to walk to the downtown area and ferry. Very close to the beautiful bike path. The only possible issue one may have is that it is close to the main road, and there's a bit of road noise when you're sitting outside. This did not bother us.
