The building was dated, yet immaculate. But that was expected hence the name. Location in relation to ferry and Wood's Hole was great. A 3-minute walk. Great dining and drinking spots in Wood 's Hole. Nice view of Harbor. The staff and owners were the nicest people. Very outgoing and attentive. Parking was great. Great place to stay for a day on the Vineyard.
