BEACH HAIR DON'T CARE ⛱
Newly remodeled three bedroom two bath beach cottage in award winning Ocean Lakes. Cottage is only a short golf cart ride to the beach. This house comes with a golf cart (must be 21 and have a valid drivers license) and wifi. It has one king size bed, one queen size bed and a bunk bed. This house sleeps 6 people comfortably. Enjoy our covered porch with rocking chairs. There are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and a large flat screen TV in the living area. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary cookware. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet. A gas grille for outdoor cooking is located outside. We have an enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water, perfect for getting the sand off after going to the beach.
Ample parking for 2 vehicles. Ocean Lakes does charge $15 per night, per vehicle for a parking pass if you obtain parking pass upon arrival. We do offer Express Check In which provides you with parking pass(es) in advance and the ability to drive on through the main gate and miss the check-in crowd upon arrival. In addition, express check-in provides incentive of a $3 per night discount, which brings parking to $12 per night, per vehicle and is payable directly to Ocean Lakes. Express check-in packet will be provided once balance is paid in full. If bringing more than 2 vehicles, you will need to utilize overflow parking area.
Renter is responsible for towels, linens and paper products. The $250 security deposit is required to hold the reservation (the deposit is refunded after checkout and the home is free from damage and no violations to the rental agreement).

Beautiful property on a quiet street. Kitchen was well appointed, living room very comfortable, and bed was exceptionally comfy. Got to enjoy the front porch a bit which was very nice!

Very cute and cozy. Clean well equipped and a very nice porch, rockers included! Had an issue with the cable. The Host sent a friend to help us out right away. We stayed a month. And hated leaving. Very nicely decorated too! We'll be back!
