Decorated in modern decor very comfortable furniture and beds, clean with upgrades galore. Luxury at the beach.
This is a perfect condo for your long or short beach get away, a family vacation destination or a relaxing work environment for you to enjoy. We have internet service specifically for our unit with a strong WIFI signal and the complex has a modern business center located at the lakeside pool.
We are located in Cinnamon Beach at Hammock Dunes, a gated community. The condo is in the 400 building, less than a 3-minute walk to the observation deck and the beach. Easy access to the beach.
Enjoy playing golf at several nearby public golf courses.
Cinnamon Beach is in Palm Coast Florida, 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine, 25 minutes to Daytona Beach, the speedway and outlet malls. A short drive to Flagler Beach, about 90 minutes to Orlando's many attractions, and a short drive to Marineland and Kennedy Space Center.
Our condo has an elevator to the second floor where our flat is located. Unit 323 has an in-unit full size washer and dryer.
323 is fully furnished with many upgrades and extras. The master suite features a newly renovated master bathroom. The master bath features a large shower with a built-in bench, new soaker tub and new toilet as well as new countertop and decor. The 2nd bathroom a large shower with a new toilet countertop and decor. The spacious newly remodeled kitchen has marble counter tops, new appliances, modern design, fully furnished and well equipped with many extras.
Enjoy coffee/tea made from the Keurig on the quiet expansive balcony overlooking a private golf course and views of the ocean.
Unit 323 is set up to sleep 6 with a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom.
The unit has 4 flat screen TVs, a 55 inch in the master bedroom as well as in the living room and both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 43 inch TVs.
Cinnamon Beach amenities include a heated zero entry family pool that overlooks the lake and a children's water pool and splash pad. A second adult pool that overlooks the beach. Pool areas have hot tubs. The resort has a billiard room, game room, business center, fitness center and a cafe.
A visit to St. Augustine will be a highlight with the oldest city's attractions and excellent restaurants. There are many good restaurants near the condo as well as a grocery store and fresh seafood market.
Bring your beach equipment. We furnish beach/pool towels.
