About this house rental
Our home is quite quaint inside and out! You will enjoy up to Three private bedrooms(1 king bed, 1 full, 1 twin). Majority of our home is one level where all three of the bedrooms are located. If you need a washer and dryer they are located down stairs. In addition you are welcome to use our porches (three of them), living room, and movie theater. In our home you are surrounded by plants and art (there is a gas fireplace if it gets a little chilly at night and another one in the master bedroom), or read a book on the screened-in patio. Also, watch television, video games, you welcome to use the kitchen and feel to use anything you may need.
Our neighborhood, Benson caters to a lot of the younger crowd of Omaha. So the Benson stripe is quite eclectic and great people watching. However, our home is far enough away that you wont be bothered by anyone and close enough if you want to walk (about a mile)

It's an easy 5-15 minute drive to TD Ameritrade Park, Old Market, CenturyLink Center, Nebraska Furniture Mart, the Henry Doorly Zoo (which is my personal favorite place in Omaha), Lauritzen and Gardens, and Memorial Park.
Two other things going on that weekend:
1.) Benson First Friday - just down the road from our home. Great for Art, Performances, Music, Food and Drinks (make reservations at Lot2 and/or Benson Brewery)
2.) Hot Shops -open house. Hot shops is an artist Co-Op downtown across the street from TD ameritrade and Century Link Center
