Fabulous single story house in Goodyear with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (2200SF). Friendly, very clean, quiet, comfortable. Cook with gas, Internet/Wifi (80 mbps), Netflix. Master bath has separate shower and large tub and two sinks. Guest bath has tub/shower combo and two sinks. Close to shopping areas, walking distance to a Super Target/Fry's/Ross and other shops. Close to mountain trails for running, hiking, biking or horse riding. Close to baseball stadiums for training camps, football and hockey. Many golf courses nearby.

We came for spring training but it was cancelled due to the pandemic. So we came and watched the wonderful TV, ate snacks and relaxed. Edison was wonderful. The lockbox doesn't like ladies with nails, it was a little tricky, but we got it open. The new TV didn't have a dvd player but Edison brought one over for us to use. He provided us with water and some soda's and some other items in the refrigerator. That was nice given the shortages. Would stay again.
