We loved our stay. The house was so convenient to Goodyear Ballpark, grocery store, highway. We would stay here again!

The house was as advertised with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was important. The house was clean and furnishings in good shape. The master bedroom was really nice. The check in and check out processes were straightforward. Overall a nice place and and enjoyable stay in the Phoenix area.

Four good size bedrooms easily accomodates 8 adults. Great location for Goodyear spring training baseball. Good location for golfing in the SE (Estrella, Verrado, etc.).
One major problem .......... barking dogs from backyard neighbor started at 5 am and went unattended for hours. Not the vacation wake-up call I was looking for.
