Newly renovated super-cozy studio in the heart of downtown Aspen. Located on Waters Avenue, just 3 blocks from the gondola and bus station. City Market is 2 blocks away, and Aspen’s finest restaurants and shops are within walking distance. No car necessary!
An impeccably designed small space provides everything one would want. A queen-sized bed with luxury-class linens (down fill) and queen-sized sofa pullout will comfortably accommodate 2 adults (and 1 child.) The kitchenette includes a Smeg refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, a Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother, and a Trinity One pour over coffee system.
Parking pass available for on-street parking and building has coin-op laundry room.

Grown daughter and I popped out for a quick stay, her first trip to Aspen. Town was quiet, weather beautiful, and lots of shopping, dining and a day on Aspen Mountain snow shoeing.

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We loved that it distance to downtown! Easy check in, well thought out space, and great communication. Highly recommend!

I recommend you consider replacing the light filtering blinds with room darkening blinds so people can sleep. Also, there is no way this room can sleep 4 people as advertised. Also, there is no cook top of any kind, and the property was not overly clean. For example, there was dust and whatever all over the glass shelves in the medicine cabinet. I was also a little disappointed in how very small the property was. I’m sorry to be so negative, but I felt I paid a pretty Good price for the property, and I expected it to at least be clean and dark for sleeping at night.
