In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 1, the maximum allowed occupancy is 2, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This updated, second-floor, one-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental has a screened porch and is a 60-second walk to the beach.
Upon entering the foyer, you are welcomed by a tranquil color palette and hardwood floors. You can go left into the bedroom or straight to the main living space. Down the hallway is the open living space with kitchen, dining, and living areas. The comfortable living room offers a sofa, cozy side chair, wall-mounted TV, and screened porch access. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinetry and allows for easy meal preparation and entertaining. The dining area features a table with seating for four. The main living space is highlighted by soaring ceilings, a wall of windows and sliding glass door access to the screened porch.
The bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private entry to the hall bathroom. The bathroom is conveniently accessible from the bedroom or hallway and offers a large tiled shower.
The screened porch, also with an elevated ceiling, provides four chairs and abundant opportunities for relaxing and viewing the surrounding natural beauty and nearby lagoon. A bike path is conveniently located behind the villa, and the beach boardwalk is about a minute’s walk from the villa’s front door.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

House was excellent. Could not ask for better. It was clean, everything worked properly. Just watch out when you close the big drapes in the living room. If you get to close to where the rods meet in the middle the curtain hangers will fall out. Other than that, place was fantastic.

There was no beach view. I counted about 250 step to beach which was great. The inside was clean. The deck, deck furniture screens and upper window were not. There were rusted tables on the deck and the deck rugs and interior curtains are old and dated.There was little to no information on recycling and other, if any services that might be available to us as renters.Having said that we had a wonderful visit.

Deck was not usable. Interior of condo was OK. Had to leave after only 103 nights booked because of impending winter storm.
