Superb

Comfortable and well equipped apartment, beds were good and we had enough space. We used the shared garden area for BBQ. Modern bathroom. It’s just 15-20 minutes walking distance to Trassenheide beach directly through the nice forest crossing the street. Very nice and responsive hosts. Would recommend

It was a very relaxing stay in a green neighbourhood. Great for families.

Very friendly and welcoming host who helped us with anything we asked for and showed us around. Our little one was even given a tour around the host's family farm which has pets like a rabbit and a cat as well as bees and horses. Super spacious garden where one can enjoy a cup of tea and little breakfast in the sun. The beach is walking distance if you walk through the woods. Karlshagen is about 5 mins with the car. Beautiful beaches with parking nearby costing about 6-7 Euros per day or 50 cents per 30 minutes. Restaurants and bistros are found by the beach or the the town center, which are very affordable and delicious. Great place to be! We would have stayed longer than 3 days if we could.

The toilet seat lid was not opening properly, which was a little irritating for us but it was manageable. Nothing much to say negatively about this place, really :)

Winterwunderland und ein Herz für Tiere!

Wir wurden super nett von der Vermieterin begrüßt und der Garten war wunderschön weihnachtlich Beleuchtet. Im Haus hatten wir alles, es hat uns an nicht gefehlt. Und wir haben super auf den neuen Matratzen geschlafen. Wenn man über die Straße durch den Wald spazierte, kam man z.B. am langen Sandstrand wieder raus. Oder man läuft durch den Wald nach Karlshagen. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und gab uns auch super Ausflugtipps. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, man hat die Nachbarn im Wohnzimmer reden gehört.

perfekter Kurzurlaub

Ideale Lage für Ausflüge mit dem Hund zum Hundestrand (ca. 15-20 min) und dem PKW. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe.

Da müsste man sich schon was ausdenken, Alles Bestens .

Reicht völlig aus.

Man hatte alles was man braucht meiner Meinung nach. Kaffeemaschinen und Kaffee :) Sehr freundliche und rundum bedachte Vermieterin. Für Hund und Frauchen ein kleiner Willkommens Gruß. Zum Strand nicht weit, lecker Fisch und einen tollen Bäcker auch in der Nähe.

Matratzen waren für mich zu hart. Die Pfannen könnten mal erneuert oder aussortiert werden aber das soll kein meckern sein ;)

Ansich eine schöne Ferienwohnung.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war super.Die angrenzende Hauptstraße war nicht zu hören. Die anderen Gäste waren stets freundlich.

Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig. Man kann die Leute in der oberen Wohnung hören wenn sie durch die Wohnung laufen,das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört da war mit Baby da waren und eher Angst hatten das dass stören könnte. Im Schlafzimmer hat es etwas nach altem Qualm(???) gerochen. Man könnte vielleicht auch die Rasenkanten und unter den Tischen mitmähen.

Rauchmelder fehlten, Halterungen vorhanden. Nur Sichtreinigung erfolgte, Haare der Vormieter hingen an der Zeitung, Kaffeeflecke auf dem Nachttisch, Staub hinter dem Sofa...für den Preis.

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor in FeWo

Die FeWo ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, alles ist vorhanden!

Der Weg zum Hundestrand/ Strand war wesentlich länger als beschrieben. Laut Navi 28 min zu Fuss, nicht 10 min.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben uns zu jederzeit wohl gefühlt.

Gemütlich, ausreichend Platz und Utensilien zum kochen und essen. Sehr große gemütliche Couch, schönes helles Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Bei Bedarf auch Sauna gegen Aufpreis möglich. Bett sehr bequem. Besitzerin unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit bei vielem, auch wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Check in und out total unkompliziert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto oder Rad in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Direkter Strandzugang vor dem Haus, etwa 15 min. Fußweg, dafür nicht überlaufen

Man kann wirklich nichts schlechtes sagen. Es fehlte an nichts. Eventuell einen etwas größeren Tisch auf der Terrasse :D aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten…
