We were only there one night but our host was very helpful and kind. She arranged for a car to pick us up to go to the airport at 4:00 am.
It would be helpful if the B and B let people know that in the event of a very early am flight, taxis are either non existent or totally unpredictable. The host was very good and has a short list of contact transportation to the airport who will do very early departures. ours was 4:00 am at our BnB and the car was there a few minutes early with a very helpful driver. $40 euros to airport.

The room was spacious,with a big bed and private bathroom. The host recommend good local place to eat since I arrive late,I couldn't bother to go to the city center. The location is residential part of Bari, so no tourists and the food was good and affordable.
The location,it's far away from everything. Also,it's in a block of residential flats, so if you want to immerse yourself in a local neighborhood, it's great for that. Please note that there is no bus to the beach and it's quite a walk.
