This is a nice, well equipped and clean appartment (part of a chalet) with enough space for 12 people. It has a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a nice jacuzzi and sauna (both private`for the appartment and both very relaxing) and a ski locker with boot warmers. The location is unfortunately a bit far away from the ski lifts, and there is no longer a shuttle bus at walking distance, so traveling to and from the ski lifts needs to be done by car (5 min drive, free parking at the lift). Going to the shop or bakery is also necessary by car. There is enough parking space at the chalet, including under a carport. Communication with the owner and the manager was friendly and helpful. There was a slight hickup with an empty gas bottle for cooking, but in the end it was resolved and compensated, with promises that were made and kept. It would have been nice to know in advance that towels and bed linen are charged extra, it could be helpful to mention this on the page of Vrbo / Abritel. All in all a very nice chalet and friendly owner and manager, I would recommend staying here if you're ok with the location.

We had a wonderful holiday in Chatel with perfect weather and plenty to do for all ages. The chalet was lovely...lots of space and very well furnished. In fact it is probably the best property we have stayed in. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The multipass was very good value....we had two families with five children between us and everybody said it was the best holiday they had had. We would definitely book again!

Nous avons séjourné à 9 adultes et 2 ados dans le chalet Bois Neige, conforme à nos attentes et au descriptif, et nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine. Pour une arrivée tardive, surtout en présence de glace et de neige, un éclairage extérieur serait souhaitable dans les escaliers accédant à la porte d’entrée.

L'appartement est beau, confortable, spacieux, fonctionnel et situé dans un très beau cadre. Son propriétaire est très aimable, facilement joignable et arrangeant. Seuls petits bémols: 1) le titre de l'annonce parle de "chalet" alors qu'il s'agit d'un "appartement" dans un grand chalet qui en compte trois au total, ce qui est trompeur. L'information est donnée mais uniquement dans le corps du texte, en caractères beaucoup plus petits. Heureusement le chalet est bien isolé phoniquement. 2) Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait aucun produits de première nécessité à part deux rouleaux de papier hygiénique et un sac poubelle trop petit. Ni sel, ni poivre, ni sucre, ni huile, ni liquide vaisselle. Rien. Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés assez tôt pour faire les courses avant la fermeture des magasins. Le propriétaire nous a expliqué que le chalet était resté longtemps fermé à cause du confinement et que nous étions les premiers occupants depuis près d'un an. Une raison valable mais pas suffisante. Il aura quand même fallu prévoir et à tout le moins nous prévenir. 3) Un des matelas de la chambre avec lits jumeaux est très dur et il manque un meuble de rangement dans cette chambre 4) Il manque une rallonge électrique suffisamment longue pour pouvoir utiliser les appareils à raclette et à fondue.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Tres bonne ambiance dans la station-village de la Chapelle. Randonnées magnifiques dans la neige. Chalet parfait pour une semaine en famille élargie, beaucoup d d'espaces pour se réunir mais aussi ménager l intimité de chacun. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Die Wohnung bietet super Platz: grosser Essraum, Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind auch alle genügend gross. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt (Philippe war sehr hilfsbereit). Das Whirlpool und die Sauna waren eine tolle Ergänzung. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le chalet est conforme à nos attentes et aux photos. Par contre l'escalier descendant au SPA et Jaccuzzy est escarpé donc bien se tenir à la rampe (un de nos ados à chuté et s'est blessé au dos sans gravité heureusement). Depuis cet incident et pour l'accès au Jaccuzzi, on a pris l'accès par l'extérieur. Un sèche-cheveux serait la bienvenue aussi.

Chalet très agréable. confortable, bien entretenu et très propre. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour donner des renseignements avant le départ. Le fait qu'il soit un peu excentré n'est pas gênant du tout. Navettes régulières pour le centre de Chatel, et supermarché à 100 mètres. Je le recommande tout particulièrement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, enfants et petits enfants étaient ravis, le chalet et très spacieux et fonctionnel, nous avons apprécié le jacuzzi extérieur et le sauna, le seul petit bemol, serait que les 2 salle de bains se trouvent l'une à coté de l'autre d'un côté du chalet (ceci est juste une observation) mais l'endroit est à conseiller très bien décoré et les propriétaires sont très sympa Endroit à retenir pour un prochain séjour

Nous avons passé un remarquable séjour, au calme, dans un cadre magnifique, profitant du sauna et du jacusi après de belles randonnées. De nombreuses activités sont proposées et même pour les plus jeunes, ce qui est très appréciable ! Un seul problème, un nombre incalculable de mouches particulièrement pénible pour les repas ...

Le chalet est parfaitement situé entre La Chapelle et Chatel, à proximité des commerces mais au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Le chalet est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, la recherche de l'authenticité mais avec une très haute qualité d'équipement (jacuzzi, sauna, cuisine, tv, hi-fi etc..). C'est un endroit propice à la détente que je recommande, tant en hiver qu'en été. Je le relouerai bien volontiers !
