Chalet located at a place called the Sage in the municipality of La Chapelle d'Abondance (Portes du Soleil).
Only 500 meters from the gondola or 3 minutes from the village of Chatel or Linga tracks.
It also benefits from a southern exposure with an exceptional panorama (in front you have the view of the Mont de Grange, left on the Dents du Midi, right on the Cornettes de Bise).
2 large terraces are at your disposal with views of the valley.
