About this house rental
This sweet, short distance to the beach, 3 bedroom/2 Bath Cape Cottage nicely located on the bayside of Wellfleet. It is a close distance to Hiawatha Beach making it a great place for your summer vacation. There is one bedroom on the main level (King bed), and two bedrooms upstairs (1 Queen & 2 Twins). There is a large beautiful deck on the front of the house with quality furnishings and a backyard deck that offers plenty of privacy for you to relax and enjoy in. Many nice amenities at this rental include: window a/c unit in each bedroom as well as in the living space (entire house can be cooled), newer kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, enclosed outside shower with stall, and a newly remodeled primary bathroom. Bring along the family dog as this is a pet friendly home! (Dogs only for allergy reasons). An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

This was a wonderful first family vacation as a family of 4. We were nervous how the kids would adapt, but the space was perfect for all of us. The accommodations were clean and spacious. It is the quintessential Cape house - exactly what we wanted for a week away!

We loved the location and proximity to Hiawatha Beach. The front and back decks worked well for outdoor dining. The house had been well cleaned save for items left in the fridge and dishwasher. Only worth noting because of COVID concerns. Would be nice for the property to include beach chairs for use during the stay as many other properties do. Problems with non working keys at the start of our stay and false alarms from the smoke detectors during the wee hours of our last night were bothersome. The property managers response re the keys could have been better and communication by the property management team could definitely be improved. I would suggest looking into the smoke detector problem so it doesn't interrupt others' stay at the house. The expectations on tenant's per the lease and at check out seemed excessive compared to other properties we have rented.
