Located just passed the heart of the Matlacha's historic business district, you are in walking distance to all the shops, art galleries and restaurants that Matlacha has to offer, yet just removed enough to enjoy nature in action.

Perfect location, walking distance to almost everything in Matlacha, but so relaxing just sitting out back right on the water. Clean and comfortable. The property isn’t new, not much in Matlacha is, but the owner is slowly upgrading/refurbishing. It is perfectly Matlacha - would definitely stay again
