About this apartment rental
conveniently located on the ground floor of a villa feet in the water. you will have access to a garden with direct access to a sandy beach. The garden is private but can be shared with the owners when staying on site.
The apartment was renovated in 2015, the bathroom has been completely redone. A movable partition creates two spaces at night and make a unique day. A Murphy bed on the ceiling frees up space in the kitchen the day while providing a real bed with a mattress dunlopillo nine. The terrace was also renovated.
Stunning views of the bay of Ajaccio and the sanguinary islands and a stunning location are the strengths of this property.
Location: The location of this studio is ideal. The waterfront offers direct access to a small sandy beach yet close to Porticcio, shops and vibrant life. It satisfies all the age brackets of the family!
Every night the sunset on the sanguinary islands is a moment of pure happiness.
Exit: You want a drink in the beach hut Olmetta you will just travel a few hundred meters, a little further a wonderful fish restaurant 'in Christmas' will delight the taste buds.
You can also go to Ajaccio where a bustling city awaits you, the casino also ...
At 5 kilometers you can also have a drink, eat or dance at Porticcio.
For the feet to persons, a series of restaurant is 10 minutes.

We spent one week in August and we loved this place. The home is little but is ok for a family with little children. The Agosta beach is great for swimming but also for sports, not crowded even if it was August. Lovely place!
