A large plot not overlooked, private pool of 16m long with views of the Gulf, a coastal hiking trail in direct access, tranquility and birds for company.
And if you want to see the world, the scenery or more sports activities, a short drive from enough: sandy beach and golf course 10 minutes - Port Crouesty 12 minutes - Sarzeau and shops 5 minutes - the islands (ile aux Moines, ile d'Arz, Houat, Hoedic and Belle-ile) shuttle from Port Navalo to 17 minutes.
