About this cottage rental
Housed in an old winegrower's house in the heart of the village of Hautvillers, the cradle of Champagne, we offer a warm guesthouse for your stay in our beautiful region. The cottage is located on the top floor of the house including a kitchen, a cozy living room with sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with WC. For your comfort the sheets are provided and the bed made on your arrival. TV, free wi-fi. The kitchen is equipped (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven, induction hob ...) and household products are provided.
During your stay, we invite you to visit our family farm: Champagne Joseph Desruets, the production of which is located in the building adjoining our accommodation. Do not hesitate to also ask us for information to prepare your stay, we will be happy to advise you on tourist activities, walks or restaurants.

This is a loft property in the historic Champagne village of Hautvillers. Our initial meeting did not go as planned but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Madame is very busy with an infant and work commitments. The property is very well located for exploring the surrounding Champagne villages.

Zeer warm welkom. Alles wat we nodig hadden (bedlinnen, handdoeken, koffie, thee enz) was al aanwezig. Geen moeite te veel. Zeker een aanrader!

Great locations, host was very helpful, apartment is nice and airy.
However just a few things that could have made our stay better.
Was promised a replacement coffee peculator as the previous guest had broken it, needless to say that it did not turn up.
The owner had a tendency to leave her dog outside in the courtyard whilst she was not at home, so it tended to bark and whine until she returned.
Courtyard had to be shared with two other apartments and the owner.
