During the summer months( June to August) we try to take reservations for 6 or 7 nights only from Sat to Sat. Nearly ALL Renters may qualify for a (10%) discount for Seniors, Military, Firemen, Policemen & Teachers and some others. The $44.95 administrative fee that you see under owner fees is a credit card convenience fee since VRBO charges me that fee on all reservations. Caravelle Resort does not allow pets, and there is no smoking anywhere on the property Maximum number of people per reservation is 4. No exceptions. These 10 items are not available in the on site management units .OCEAN'S MAGIC is a very unique and special oceanfront condo. It lacks for nothing and I have tried to make it special for my renters by including the little things. It is being offered for rent for the first time in April, 2020. The view from the 14th floor is spectacular. OCEAN'S MAGIC is unlike any other condo at Caravelle Resort, having upgraded high end furniture and painted in 7 different vibrant beach colors. The kitchen is fully stocked and renters will want for nothing. Two upgraded queen beds and a full pull out murphy bed allow for maximum comfort. An electronic coded entry lock allows renters to check in quickly without having to stand in long lines to register and pay with their credit card. No key to misplace. Just enter your specially provided access code and come and go quickly. To say that OCEAN'S MAGIC has class and pizaaazzzzz is an understatement. The vibrant beach colors are perfectly coordinated and all walls are tastefully decorated with artful beach theme wall hangings. Take a picture of the dolphins wall mural with your children as a souvenir. Also provided is free garage parking in two parking decks, a smaller oceanfront deck of 6 levels (approximately 90 parking spaces and a much larger parking garage located directly across the street (approximately 300 parking spaces.). Many seaside amenities await you and your family. Located oceanfront is a large pool and hot tub accompanied by a children's lazy river, kiddie pool and a fun pool with many play obstacles and a sand play area with climbing obstacles. Additionally, there is an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast a tiki bar for refreshments, an inside pizza sub shop, a gift shop, fitness center, a spacious game room and a laundry facility. What more could a family ask for? Are there restaurants and shopping nearby? Absolutely. With 1 to 3 miles are many fine restaurants: Outback, Bone Fish Grill, Carrabba's, several Calabash seafood restaurants, a number of fine local eateries, a host of pizza and fast food locations, a Publix, Food Lion and Krogers. Also within the same perimeter are many souvenir shops, golf courses (par 3) and fun theme parks including the Carolina Opry. Within 10-15 minutes is the world famous Broadway, an unbelievable collection of stores and fun areas. This is a location you should put high on your list to visit. Keep in mind that OCEAN'S MAGIC is located along the Golden Mile and you are only 5 miles from central Myrtle Beach and the downtown pavilion.. Close enough to get there quickly, but far enough away to avoid the constant congestion, parties and loud music. During the summer a number of music festivals, concerts, car events , sporting events and a host of other activities take place Check with your concierge at the bell hop location or just ask the locals. Should you decide to bring your bicycles or choose to rent some locally to ride on the beach there is another option. North Ocean Blvd. has a bike lane and a lighted fitness walking path of about 2.5 miles. Great for an early morning run or late night stroll. Of course a walk on the beach early in the morning or in the early evening can be exhilarating. OCEAN'S MAGIC... Check my 5 star reviews and see what my clients have said.
