Available for monthly rental, the Sea Palms Colony community is conveniently located in heart of the Sea Palms neighborhood on the north part of the island near golf, shopping, and select restaurants. The Colony complex is one of the original communities in Sea Palms and is just steps away from the Sea Palms Golf course! This complex features landscaped grounds, a lake, and a pool(only open summer months).
248 is located on the 2nd floor and features an open living/dining area tiled throughout, enclosed kitchen with eat in breakfast area, balcony overlooking the courtyard. The two bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the condo with their own baths providing a very private setting. In addition, there is an enclosed sunroom perfect for curling up with a good book or an afternoon snooze.
There is open parking in front of the building but one covered designated parking spot as well.
