The area was picturesque and quiet with lovely views and walks. The food on New Year's Eve was incredible, as was the breakfast. After the hype, New Year's Day was a touch subpar... but Maureen and Chiara made us feel welcome and helped a lot
Housekeeping was superb
It was a bit pricey. The water pressure and temperature couldnt keep up with all the guests at times.

Stunning property located in a 42 acres of woodland and gorgeous gardens. Buffet was absolutely delicious with local products, including salted butter, fresh charcuterie, eggs, cheese and jams.. and of course fresh croissants and baguette bread.
The spa facilities were clean and well maintained.
The staff absolutely accommodating and offering advices and knowledgeable tips.
My son loved the idea to be sleeping in a castle! The rooms were modern, comfortable,clean and practical for a family of 3.
The bubbles and beer served at the bar were absolutely brilliant, all locally sourced, including their version of champagne made in their own vineyard.

The Château is beautifully decorated and offers a charming, relaxing setting.
The adults-only spa and kids’ activities are a great balance for families.
Our family room was pleasant, spacious, and well arranged.
The bar has a stunning view and the breakfast was of high quality.
Reception staff lacked professionalism and consistency — information changed depending on who we spoke to.
Some team members were not welcoming and showed little sense of empathy or hospitality, which was disappointing for such a high-end location.
Cleanliness needs improvement: fingerprints on the glass doors and a strong urine smell in the hammam affected our experience.
