The host Jami is sooo super cool. Very friendly and is hands on . She has a lovely personality. She was even giving us tops on touring. Shes funny as well 😅. Deff going back soon

Literally nothing!

I thought the staff were super friendly, and I really appreciated the clear and constant communication before check-in, covering all the small details, like how to use the hot water. The cottage itself was beautiful, well-furnished, and clearly cared for. Loved the fire pit area with the lighting, and the bath was a total standout! We also booked a smaller one-bedroom, which was equally clean and nicely furnished. The venue was lovely, spacious, and open, it was so much fun to explore and visit the restaurants. I also really appreciated having security around when we arrived back later in the evening.

Two main things dampened the experience slightly: The R500 Towel Fine Sign: Walking into the bathroom to see a sign stating guests would be fined R500 if makeup got on towels immediately set a negative tone. It made me feel apprehensive about using the towels at all. If towel staining is such a major issue, it would be much better to inform guests before check-in to bring their own towels. The R1000 Cash Deposit & Check-out Process: The cash deposit can be a bit clearer stated, I actually didn't see it until I got a check in message mentioning it Most things are cashless now days and I feel a deposit like that should be part of the booking fee- so you understand the exact cost of your stay. Additionally, having to stand around and wait for someone to inspect the room upon departure, and having to defend a miscount on glasses, made for an uncomfortable check-out experience.
