About this apartment rental
In the truest heart of wonderful Sardinia, in a complex with 4 independent apartments, completed in July 2019. Located in a panoramic position on the Aritzo valley, it is immediately accessible and is 200 meters from the historic center.
- Apartment with two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area with kitchen, double sofa bed. All equipped with fireplace and pellet stove. Six beds
- Garden with cherry, chestnut, walnut, hazelnut trees, with two distinct outdoor areas, each furnished with two separate Barbeque and gazebo. A wood oven is also available in one area. It is therefore possible to organize lunches and dinners outdoors.
All apartments are equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, toaster. All necessary dishes are present, such as pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls and cups. The living room of each apartment is organized for six people, with table and chairs.
Final cleaning of the apartment is foreseen at a cost of 30 euros.
It is possible to obtain midweek cleaning and linen change, the cost of which depends on the number of guests present.
The price is expected to rent the apartment for 2 people. In the case of presence of up to 6 people, there is an increase of 15 euro per person.
Upon reservation, a cooking service can be activated on site, also with barbeque and typical roasts.
Upon reservation, you can activate excursions in the area, both environmental and cultural and gastronomic, lunches with the shepherds, and you can rent bicycles.

Appartamento nuovo, moderno e pulitissimo, che corrisponde completamente alle foto. È situato ottimamente, tranquillo ed ha una splendida vista sul villaggio. Ci siamo sentiti subito come à casa e raccomandiamo vivamente quest’appartamento. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
